The Oct. 5 issue of US Weekly claimed the couple had finally split after a year of rumors pointing toward marital problems. The mag blamed Jessica's ego, partying and meddling father.

America's sweetheart said she recently started seeing a therapist because of false tabloid accounts of her failed marriage. The couple, having just reached their third wedding anniversary Oct. 26, fervently denies the rumors and released statements contrary to tabloid reports. Status: Still together.
