Male flashing has recently become a trendy activity in and around the UW-Madison campus, according to the Madison Police Department.
\This week, there has been a spike in the number of exposures,"" said Mike Hanson of the Police Department.
One suspect, Robert Bayer, 41, of Madison, has already been arrested for lewd and lascivious behavior after he was seen with his shorts around his ankles near the UW-Madison campus.
Police are still looking for another man they said exposed himself to a girl on the west side. The man honked at her from his Jeep while she was riding her bike to Hamilton Middle School Tuesday morning and was then waiting for her in the parking lot with his pants down when she got to school.
