Wu was given $10,000 bail on each of the homicide counts and ordered to have his passport taken away if he manages to post bail.

Wu will face an appearance Nov. 25 for the murders and his case will then be set for a preliminary hearing. He could face life in prison without parole if convicted.

David Burleson and Todd Buss, arrested after Wisconsin's football victory over Ohio State when police found them naked in The Regent Apartments', 1402 Regent St., laundry room, were fined $200 and costs in court today for a violation of disorderly conduct, according to The Capital Times.

The police report says the two, who form the Burleson and Buss law firm in Watertown, WI, were ""extremely intoxicated"" and says the two were very uncooperative with the officers.

The two apparently claimed their clothes had become soaked in the rain during the game and a woman resident told them they could use the laundry room.
