The regular season has come to a close for the Wisconsin women's soccer team, and their hopes for an invitation to the NCAA tournament may ride on their performance in this weekend's Big Ten conference tournament.
While the Badgers (4-6 Big Ten, 10-8-1 overall) have the daunting task of facing Penn State (9-1, 16-2-2) in the opening round Friday night, they do have the momentum of a three-game winning streak and will also be the host of the tournament.
