Starting today, northbound traffic will be diverted between Dayton Street and University Avenue in the West Johnson Street and Charter Street area due to construction, according to The Wisconsin Department of Transportation.
Northbound traffic will reopen Friday, Sept. 26 while southbound traffic will not close at all.
