Veil of ignorance can be used to justify anything

\Prohibiting"" polygamous ""marriage is an unjust policy.""  

 

 

 

Given John Rawls' philosophical framework of the veil of ignorance would it be wise to deny polygamous marriage? ""No, because it could turn out you wouldn't have the right to marry."" Denying polygamous triads ""the right to marry also violates the spirit of political equality."" Refusing a triad ""the right to marry and the benefits that come with it surely interferes with their pursuit of happiness, and regardless of the moral question that some may have about"" polygamous ""marriage, no one has the right to legally deny people their unalienable rights.""
