After losing Friday to No. 17 Purdue 32-6, the No. 22-ranked Badgers (1-6, 9-6) fell to No. 3 Minnesota (6-1, 16-5) 40-6 Sunday at the Field House.
Junior Ralph DeNisco was the only Badger to get a victory over the Gophers. DeNisco triumphed over Minnesota's Casey Flaherty, whose brothers wrestle for UW, to earn the Badgers their six points.

On Friday the Badgers (11-5-4 Western Collegiate Hockey Association, 18-6-5 overall) notched three scores in a row en route to a 3-2 victory. Senior forward Kathy Devereaux collected two goals.
On Saturday Wisconsin defeated the Huskies 9-2, the largest victory of the season for the UW icers. Sophomore defender Carla MacLeod and freshman forward Nikki Burish each tallied two goals.
With the victories, Wisconsin has clinched no less than the third seed in the upcoming conference tournament.
The Wisconsin Track & Field squad saw a myriad of successes at the Iowa State Classic in Ames, Iowa last weekend.
Sophomore Josh Spiker took first place in the mile. The Badgers' other first place finish came from sophomore Matt Tegenkamp, who was followed by freshman teammate Bobby Lockhart, who took second.
In the long jump, freshman Joe Conway moved up to eighth on UW's all-time list with a strong performance.
In all, Wisconsin collected six NCAA provisional qualifying marks in Iowa.
