Unequivocally, PD favors lower rents. It is made up of housing-rights activists. There is no way you could skew the work they have done on behalf of tenants' rights. Progressive Dane opposes new developments when they are equivalent to sprawl and gentrification. It is fair and just to allow ""non-citizens"" to vote because our large ""non-citizen"" population is affected by the policies of our city no matter what our racist and anti-worker federal policies say. Resolutions against the war in Iraq are a manifestation of grassroots democracy, and they're sane statements that show up in a media filled with headlines like, ""Showdown in Iraq.""
Progressive Dane is pro living wage, tenants' rights, small local business, environment and democracy. It is against discrimination, sprawl, gentrification, and plutocratic secrecy. And most importantly it fights for these positions to make progress on behalf of people, while you criticize this work with your useless punditry.
