Governor-elect Jim Doyle announced the appointments of Marc Marotta as secretary of the Department of Administration and David Riemer as Budget Director Wednesday.
\This is a team with the talent and ability to deliver on the number one priority for my administration--an honest budget that doesn't raise taxes,"" Doyle said in a statement.
Marotta is a partner in the Milwaukee office of the Foley and Lardner firm.

Riemer served as Director of Milwaukee's Department of Administration until last January, when he left to accept a public policy fellowship in Great Britain.
