The No. 17 Nittany Lions (12-5 Big Ten, 22-6 overall) swept the No. 14 Badgers (12-6, 21-8) for the first time Friday since 1998. The Badgers lost 30-27, 30-24 and 30-27. UW's hitting percentage suffered at only .260 and senior outside hitter Erin Byrd led the team with 21 kills.
