University Heath Services will begin offering influenza vaccinations, more commonly known as flu shots, to UW-Madison students beginning today.
Students with asthma, diabetes or other chronic diseases have the highest priority for receiving immunization and should plan on receiving their shots this month. All other students can get vaccinated starting Nov. 1.
Flu shots are available on a walk-in basis from 9 a.m. to 4:45 p.m. at UHS. They will continue to offer flu shots until early spring.
