ILSA alleges lack of neutrality in SSFC

The Associated Students of Madison Student Judiciary heard arguments Sunday night in Indigenous Law Students Association v. Clark & Baumgardner, an appeal made by the ILSA after the Student Services Finance Committee denied its eligibility request.

The ILSA alleged two SSFC representatives, Tom Clark, a UW-Madison graduate student, and Mark Baumgardner, a UW-Madison senior, violated viewpoint neutrality rules in making their decision.

The judiciary has five school days to rule in the case.
