Jesse Turner, a 33-year-old male, was arrested Wednesday on two counts of sexual assault near the UW-Madison Arboretum according to a UW-Madison Police report.
UW-Madison Police officers were dispatched to take a report from two female bikers in the Arboretum who said a male driving a green/blue sedan was acting suspiciously. The officers were then flagged down while on their way to meet the two bikers by another female who described seeing a similar suspect.
While writing up the report, the officers heard the Madison Police Department was in search of a similar vehicle in relation to a sexual assault.

UW-Madison police then stopped Turner at the east end of the Arboretum and held him until Madison Police arrived.
