University Health Services will offer a \Stress-Free Zone"" on Library Mall today from 11:30 a.m. until 4 p.m. in light of approaching final exam time.
Services provided will include free use of massage chairs, yoga and quigong sessions, a stress-ball-making table, fresh fruit and water, and information on how to reduce stress.
According to data from the National College Health Assessment, stress is the No. 1 factor affecting individual academic performance at UW-Madison.
