Ten people were arrested for drug possession during an all-night rave Saturday at the Alliant Energy Center.

Psychosis 2002, put on by Plantations Productions, included nationally renowned disc jockeys and was attended by 2,500 people from 7 p.m. Saturday to 4 a.m. Sunday. Of the 10 individuals, two were arrested for possession of Ecstasy, six for possession of marijuana and two for possession of the tranquilizer ketamine.

\The number of arrests are only limited by the number of people we have there,"" Lt. Tim Ritter of the Dane County Sheriff's Office said.

According to Ted Ballweg, assistant manager for sales and managing at Alliant, the dance was a safe venue for techno listeners to attend.

""You go to a football game and some gets in,"" he said. ""That's a reflection of society.""

Three other partygoers were arrested for disorderly conduct.
