Psychosis 2002, put on by Plantations Productions, included nationally renowned disc jockeys and was attended by 2,500 people from 7 p.m. Saturday to 4 a.m. Sunday. \The number of arrests are only limited by the number of people we have there,"" Lt. Tim Ritter of the Dane County Sheriff's Office said.
According to Ted Ballweg, assistant manager for sales and managing at Alliant, the dance was a safe venue for techno listeners to attend.
