UW-Madison's Campus Planning Committee approved Tuesday five building projects for 2003-'05, including a $22.9 million Health Services Building and a $30 million renovation of Sterling Hall.
The Health Services Building would house University Health Services and provide space for registered student organizations. University officials have yet to finalize a location for the building.
The renovated Sterling Hall would be the new home for the psychology department after the physics department moves to Chamberlin Hall.

Other projects include a $10 million utility systems upgrade, the $7 million second phase of the Integrated Dairy Facility and the $12.6 million Biological Systems Engineering addition.
