Over the past two weeks, the Wisconsin women's basketball team
has shown that it can hang with any Big Ten team for 40 minutes,

the overtime period that did the Badgers in.

The Wisconsin women’s basketball team (4-5 Big Ten, 8-13
overall) found itself up 47-31 with just over 11 minutes left in
the game against Michigan (5-4, 16-6), but allowed a 16-0 run to

Morgan Paige finally ended the drought by converting on a tricky
left-handed layup. Sophomore forward Cassie Rochel then scored

The Wisconsin women's basketball team's (3-5 Big Ten, 7-13

Just two weeks ago it appeared the Wisconsin men’s basketball
team’s (5-3 Big Ten, 16-5 overall) season was headed for disaster.
With three straight losses, including a rare stretch of
back-to-back home losses the Badger’s streak of 12 consecutive NCAA

later and Wisconsin suddenly finds itself only a half game out of
first place in the conference after an impressive four-game Big Ten
winning streak.

Anchoring your movie with a main character that is utterly
unlikable and almost completely devoid of admirable qualities is a
dangerous move. Aside from the innate human interest in just
desserts and seeing bad things happen to bad people, there aren't
many ways to win over an audience's interest, let alone affection,
with a portrait of a detestable human being.

1. Bon Iver's self-titled album was the uncontested best album

In the world of hip-hop, 1995 is ancient history. The late Tupac
and Notorious B.I.G. were still alive and spitting, and a
Philadelphia-based hip-hop band called the Roots broke into major
label rap with Do You Want More?!!!??!, a jazzy, boom-bap
inflected gem on par with the grittiest East Coast offerings of the
Wu-Tang Clan.
