The Title Art for "Fancy Some More?" from PinkPantheress

PinkPantheress delivers flirty Y2K perfection in ‘Fancy Some More?’ remix album

British pop singer PinkPantheress brings in a variety of features in this fun remix of her May 2025 album “Fancy That,” and you won’t stop dancing.

PinkPantheress delighted fans across the world on Friday, Oct. 10, with the drop of “Fancy Some More?,” a fresh, creative remix album featuring songs from her record “Fancy That,” offering 22 new remixes of the nine original tracks. Disc one features fun remixes from pop singers, while the remixes on disc two are remade by different producers, giving it an electric feel.

“My name is Pink and it’s really nice to meet you” are the iconic first words of opening track “Illegal,” which is remixed three times on “Fancy Some More?” The first remix from Brazilian singer Anitta opens with the line, “My name’s Larissa, aunque tengo otro nombre,” where famous singer Anitta introduces herself by her real name.

The K-pop group Seventeen makes an appearance on another remix of “Illegal,” singing a more upbeat version in Korean. On Nia Archives’ version, the British producer crafts a jungle remix of the track, full of delightful beatdrops that are perfect for the club.

Next is the song “Girl Like Me,” which Pink performed on The Tonight Show this July. While the original track is empowering, with Pink complaining about someone who continuously mistreats her, Oklou’s slow and dreamy remix seems to forgive the subject of the song. This take is more introspective and trades the original fun 2000s vibe for one that’s more mystical.

Kaytranada’s version of “Girl Like Me” features a slower start as PinkPantheress comes in. While the original version of Girl Like Me is more fast-paced and layered, this version has a central head-nodding beat with slower vocals.

Former Little Mix member Jade’s remix of “Tonight” adds little to the remixed track other than her own flirty verse. Although the song sounds the same as the original, she makes it more teasing and romantic with the lyrics “You know that you're so special to me / I'll be your high, I'll be your pill, your ecstasy.”

The song “Stars” with Yves is fun, ranging from high pitches to deeper sound near the end of the song, including during Yves’ Korean verse. The intro to the original version of “Stars” isn’t included, which changes the feel of the song and creates a more club-like vibe.

Opening with a fast beat, fans will immediately notice the rapping on “Noises.” Thanks to its fast pace, JT is a perfect addition to this song.

One of the best songs from the original mixtape is “Stateside,” produced by The Dare. This track is about an American boy that PinkPantheress is flying to the United States to see. The “Stateside” remixes feature some of the biggest names on the record, with Swedish rapper Bladee and pop icons Kylie Minogue and Zara Larsson contributing.

In Bladee’s remix, he sings about different cities around the world with a less emotional EDM rendition. Minogue puts an Australian twist on her version of “Stateside,” singing “Never met an Aussie girl, you say?” On Zara Larsson’s stunning version of the song, she sings about performing worldwide. These three new versions of “Stateside” all have a different application of what being worldwide means to each singer and are definitely the highlights of the new album.

Ravyn Lenae, whose music broke out over the summer, brought her captivating voice to “Romeo,” making this remix less skippable than the original. Rachel Chinouriri’s version brought a new feel to “Romeo,” keeping the guitar from the original song and filling in the gaps through Chinouriri’s groovy baselines and infectious energy.

“Fancy Some More?” is a perfect remix mixtape, solidifying PinkPantheress as a leading star in British pop music. Through infectious beats and perfecting a flirty Y2K vibe, Pink delivers exactly what the fans want. With all of these additions, fans have so many new ways to listen to the album. Pink’s delightful vocals and sampling choices create a dreamlike project perfect for keeping listeners hooked from start to finish.
