UW Madison students are back in class, and that means the Cardinal Call is back. This segment highlight news from the UW Madison campus as reported by the Daily Cardinal student newspaper. And this year, it has a new host – Oliver Gerharz, a freshman studying journalism and a talk show host on the student radio station WSUM.
