The man, whom Madison Police are not identifying at this time, was at an outdoor party on the 600 block of Mendota Court. According to an MPD incident report, he is expected to survive at this time.
The victim is 22 years old, but is not a UW-Madison student, according to the report. His family has been notified and the investigation is ongoing. Police have not released the name of any suspects.
