Frank Productions announced Wednesday on its Facebook page Matt & Kim and Chiddy Bang will headline Madison’s 2013 annual Halloween party, Freakfest, being held on State Street Oct. 26 this year.
Also performing will be up-and-coming San Francisco rapper Watsky, Brooklyn-based indie pop band Lucius and Chicago soul and hip-hop artist F. Stokes.
Several bands from Milwaukee, including self-described synth-pop band Boy Blue, rock trio The Living Statues and female indie-pop duo Vic & Gab will be joining national and local acts to celebrate Halloween
Playing alongside the national and regional acts are several local artists, such as University of Wisconsin-Madison student hip-hop musicians CRASHprez and Lord of the Fly with DJ *hitmayng, local rock-roots band The Sharrows, Sexy Ester and Smiley Gatmouth.
General admission tickets will be sold to all ages and cost $8 in advance and $12 the day of the show. Tickets will go on sale Friday, Sept. 20 at 10 a.m.
