The Skinny: The Michael Myers-masked, KFC bucket-wearing former Guns ‘n' Roses guitarist plays The Annex. His playing has been described as a war of the worlds guitar eruption.\ Whoa. 

 

 

 

What: Introduction to Rinzai Zen 

 

When: Saturday, 3 p.m. 

 

Where: Crossing Campus Ministries, 1132 University Ave. 

 

How much: Free 

 

The Skinny: Q: What did the Buddhist monk say to the hot-dog vendor? A: ""Make me one with everything."" HAHAHA oooooh man. 

 

 

 

What: Midnight Movies: ""The Adventures of Priscilla, Queen of the Desert"" 

 

When: Saturday, 11:59 p.m. 

 

Where: Union South 

 

How much: Free 

 

The Skinny: Terence Stamp (General Zod in ""Superman""), Guy Pierce (""Memento"" dude) and Hugo Weaving (Agent Smith AND Elrond) are drag queens traveling across the Australian outback. It's a fairly normal film, needless to say. 

 

 

 

What: Arboretum Family Walk: ""Frogs."" 

 

When: Sunday, 1:30 p.m. 

 

Where: UW Arboretum, 1207 Seminole Highway
