Erik believes he's unique because of his \unmatched intellect"" and chooses to exert his brain power on both reading the Cardinal everyday and bowling. Bowling's a sport that is just an excuse to drink beer and eat piles of food at the Alley—and even bowling extraordinaire Erik doesn't deny bowling's binging element. Erik loves the Double Dealer (two 18 Wheeler-Dealers at Frank's) but stays in shape by doing push-ups in-between bowling matches.
