Four arrested in connection with Gilman St. armed robbery

Four Madison teenagers were arrested early Thursday morning in connection with an armed robbery that took place at 1:26 a.m. on the 200 block of West Gilman St.  

 

Renzo Garci, 17, and an unidentified 16-year old allegedly approached a 21-year-old man with a weapon and demanded his money. The two met up with Terrence Adeyanju, 17, and Youne, 18, and all four fled down State Street. The victim was a UW-Madison student.  

 

Shortly thereafter, police received report of an armed robbery that had taken place near Park Street and Observatory Drive, at which the same subject descriptions were reported. Police arrested the teenagers shortly afterward.
