A new allegation of harassment has emerged against former Overture Center president Robert D'Angelo, who retired last week from his $118,300-a-year city position. The accusation is the most recent of a series of harassment complaints against D'Angelo dating back more than a decade. In the most recent allegation, Michole Madden, 41, claims D'Angelo lured her to office with a job offer in August 2004. Madden, who has since moved to Seattle, claims D'Angelo said he had connections in Seattle and could help her find a job in her professional field of events planning. She said D'Angelo first made graphic comments to her over a brunch at the Concourse Hotel, 1 W. Dayton St. Then, Madden stated, D'Angelo brought her to his office where he made gestures indicating a request for oral sex.
