The state Legislature will hold an extraordinary session the first week of December to address the Job Creation Act of 2003 according to an announcement by state Legislative leaders Thursday.
The state Legislature will finish its last regular floor period this week, having taken up more bills on job creation and economic development than any other issue. According to Assembly Speaker John Gard, R-Peshtigo, legislative leadership hopes to accomplish even more in this area before the end of the year.
The special session will be limited to the Job Creation Act and other specific economic development bills.
