In snowy conditions on the Colorado plains, federal investigators Sunday continued to search for the cause of a Saturday plane crash that killed 10 people, including two Oklahoma State University men's basketball players.
Six other team associates, including the team's radio announcer and the head of OSU basketball operations, as well as the two pilots, died in the crash 40 miles east of Denver.
The plane was one of three chartered by the university to carry the men's basketball team home after a game against Colorado. The other two planes arrived safely in Oklahoma.
According to The Denver Post, no distress call was received from the plane, but witnesses reported seeing it low to the ground after take-off.
OSU officials have scheduled a campus-wide memorial service for Wednesday.
