Andrew's guide to finding your niche on campus
Madison is big. Real big. With such a large university comes a multitude of students from all walks of life, all with their own unique quirks and personalities. There are those people who have a great sense of humor and those that are chronic assholes. Some are musical, athletic, dorky, quiet or religiously outgoing. In any case, there's a clusterfuck of humanity walking the streets of Madison, and if you feel like you're a little fish in a pond full of 40,000 other various-sized fish, you're not alone. It's normal to see completely new faces every day you walk down the street to class, and it's easy to feel overwhelmed at the sheer volume of people here. Plus, if you're like me—an incredibly studly fish who has its fins involved in a lot of different and random interests and activities—it can be tough to find a ""school"" of other like-minded fish.

New album shows Plant hasn't missed a beat, brings Joy to Zeppelin faithfuls
Robert Plant's new album, Band of Joy, fuses rock, folk and blues. Every song on the album is entirely its own, and with their harmonious vocals and thumping drums, they are sure to hit the soul of anyone. Plant clearly hasn't lost a step with his vocals. Even at the age of 62, he hits all the notes he did when he fronted legendary band Led Zeppelin over 30 years ago.

Don't give credence to revisionist histories
Recently, a government has begun to transform and misconstrue history. Textbooks have been re-written to cater to political squabbles instead of facts, and school children are being exposed to the bias of politics instead of the accuracy of history. People have noticed, yet nothing can be done to stop these ludicrous alterations.
UW continues fight for the Broadmoor Cup
One might think there is a temptation among members of the Wisconsin men's hockey team to take their Friday contest against St. Cloud State in the WCHA Tournament semifinal for granted. After all, the Badgers spent nearly the entire year at the top level of the conference, joined by only one team—Denver—a squad they could face for the conference playoff championship Saturday night.
