A 26-year-old Illinois native claims she’s marrying infamous serial killer Charles Manson, and prison sources say Manson is dead set on a Beatles-themed wedding ceremony.
“Anyone who knows Charlie will tell you that he’s a huge Beatles fan,” fellow Corcoran State Prison inmate Juan Corona said. “You can’t spend one minute with the guy without hearing about Paul, John and the whole gang.”
Manson’s bride-to-be, Afton Elaine Burton, made headlines when she broke the news that the unlikely couple had obtained a marriage license earlier this month. According to Manson’s fellow prisoners in Corcoran’s ‘protective housing’ unit, the 77-year-old has already begun planning the details of the ceremony.
“It’s all he ever talks about,” inmate Mikhail Markhasev said. “He wants everyone to bring a tambourine and he wants the ‘White Album’ played on a loop.”
When reached for comment, Burton said she’s open to her fiancee’s idea.
“I’m not sure who The Beatles are, but if Charlie likes them, they must be great.”
